Like any profession in the world information is passed down from person to person through stories.  We have a good number of chimney cleaners here at Safeside, all with their own set of experiences.  We learn from each other here.  Amongst ourselves, we share stories about cleaning bee nests out of chimneys.  Or that time we had to clean a really dirty chimney and the customer had just bought new white carpeting.

Our experience goes well beyond chimney cleaning Hamden households.  It stretches to include customer service, how to prepare for a certain type of job, or being able to handle anything that is thrown at us.
